Welcome to the Boys & Girls Club of the Pikes Peak Region DBA Kids Club 360, where you are in charge of your accounts!

This Parent Portal is where you will complete the online portion of your child's enrollment. It is recommended that the Portal User be the legal parent or guardian of the child, the primary contact and the person financially responsible for the account. If you already have a portal account but are having difficulty logging in, please do not create another account. Contact our Central Office at 719-570-7077 for assistance.

Enrollment for the 2018-2019 school year is now open for all locations! Enrollment and pricing information for the Eagleside, James Irwin, Soaring Eagles and Otero locations, may be found under the Enroll Now tab on our website, Kids Club 360. For our El Pomar and E.A. Tutt locations, you can find pricing & enrollment instructions on our website, Boys & Girls Club of the Pikes Peak Region.

Winter Break Camp 2018
Hosted at our E.A. Tutt Club on 12/26, 12/27, 12/28, 1/2, 1/3, and 1/4.
To sign up log into your parent portal, go to the enroll tab, select your child's name, select E.A. TUTT BRANCH for your Club/Unit, select Winter Break days as needed, and then check out.

  • As a registered user here you can
    • Enroll your child(ren) in our services (additional documents will be required to complete the enrollment).
    • Set up your payment schedule
    • Update your contact information and your child's information.
    • Add and edit your contacts, including who can pick up your child.
    • View your account history.
    • Make credit/debit card payments.
    • Manage your credit/debit card information.
    • Manage your child(ren)'s involvement in our services.
    • Print your payment history for tax purposes (aka Annual Payment Summary Report).
